Our Paper

 All our stickers (excluding transparent/clear) are printed on Premium Matte Vinyl Sticker Paper (AKA Unicorn Paper) and are kiss cut ready to use.

This is a bright white, soft, thin matte paper which can be written on with any pen including pencil.

Our clear stickers are printed on a clear thin vinyl which has a glossy finish.  This is not designed to be written on however a permanent marker type pen will work.

Processing Times

All stickers are made to order.  Print/cut times are generally 1 - 5 business days, but may be extended during peak times such as seasonal sales and other promotions.

Our current processing times are displayed at the top of the page and updated regularly.

Forgot something?? - Adding to / combining orders

Please contact us first within 24 hours of placing your original order with your name and order number.  We will provide you with further instructions on how to do this.

*** Whilst we will always try to be accommodating with your request it may not be possible during peak times and other promotional periods or if your item has already been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of purchase.  Please use the contact us form with your full name and order number.

What if I change my mind?

Change of mind returns are allowed within 7 days. Contact us prior to returning your order.  Items must be unused and in original condition upon return.

Refunds are made via the payment method you used and will not be processed until all items are received by Lilotte Co to our PO Box.

Postage is not refundable for change of mind and return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

My address is wrong on my order

In the event that your address is incorrect by mistake please contact us ASAP with your full name, order number and correct address.  A note of change will be made on your order.

Addresses can not be changed once your order has shipped

If your order is returned to sender we will notify you

What if my order goes missing?

All orders without an upgrade to include tracking will be sent via standard mail with Australia Post and Lilotte Co will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit.

There will be no refund or replacement on orders that go missing if you choose to have your order delivered via regular post at checkout.

If your order has a tracking number and still has not arrived please contact us with your name and order number so the appropriate investigations can be made with Australia Post.

Missing orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are not covered by Lilotte Co

Any orders returned to sender undeliverable will be notified

Faulty Items

Whilst we pride ourselves on providing you with high quality stickers sometimes mistakes happen and things can slip through quality control.

If you receive a faulty item I am always happy to replace the item.  Please contact us and provide a photo and message describing the item fault.
